So I've been told through many reliable sources that I need to have a blog. Why do you ask? Simple I am a writer and we writers... write, I know what a concept! So as I'm sitting here listening to The Cranberries I'm trying to think what it is exactly that I would like you as the reader to know. Well here it is. I will be writing from my heart. All my writings are heart felt, even if it is in story form. I will be posting excerpts from existing works of mine as well as short stories just for fun. But my heart really wants me to write truths that have been passed down to me from my amazing parents. However, we will see where each post takes me.
I have several notes from my facebook page that I will be posting first and you will kind of get an idea about where I stand on certain issues. I will be trying to post something every day if not every day at least once a week. Even if I only have one or two followers and I somehow touch their lives in a positive way I will be completely satisfied. But be forewarned, I covet my privacy. I will respond in kind to responses and the like on this blog and will email if I feel it needs to be addressed, however, I will not friend anyone on Facebook I do not know and I will never ever twitter.
I have dreams and aspirations to have at least one of my writings published. I am married and a mother of three ages five, three, and two. I love it, it's part of who I am, however, it makes realizing my goal to be a published writer a little more difficult.
With all that being said, I hope, if anything, my words make you think. Please enjoy my musings!
